During the weeks leading up to an "inspire conversation" with the Dalai Lama on 25 May 2002,
Inspire invited young people aged 16 to 25 around Australia to visit this site and submit the question they would most like to ask the Dalai Lama if they had the opportunity.
Thousands of young people visited the site and hundreds submitted a question. An Inspire
Advisory Group, made up of Inspire staff and Inspire Youth Ambassadors, selected the five questions
they felt were most representative of those submitted through the site.
The young people who submitted those five questions had the opportunity to sit onstage with
the Dalai Lama and ask their questions in person.
